3. User Content and AI Cloning

By providing audio, video, and text data for the creation of an AI clone, you grant us the right to use this data solely for the purpose of fulfilling our service obligations to you. You retain all ownership rights to your likeness and original content.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis according to the tier selected. Setup fees are non-refundable once the system installation has commenced, except as explicitly stated in our 14-day installation guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property

The technology, systems, and methodologies used to deliver our services remain the exclusive property of Agentic Acquisition Agency. The content generated by your AI clone for your campaigns becomes your property upon full payment for the respective billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any generated content.
